Our Office takes the necessary steps to settle the dispute amicably without legal remedies in case of disputes within the scope of consumer legislation, and provides service of undertaking party attorneyships in case of lawsuits. In this context, our office provides services in the following areas:

• Applying to the Consumer Arbitration Committee for the settlement of any disputes arising from the Consumer Law or filing a lawsuit in the Consumer Courts, or undertaking party attorneyship in these lawsuits,
• Objection against the decisions of the Consumer Arbitration Committee,
• Disputes arising from the work contract and related to the houses sold to the consumer, late delivery, defective performance, disputes arising from the construction of the house contrary to the contract, damages arising from the smaller m2 than agreed, the filing of lawsuits due to the lack of property ownership in the immovable, lawsuits relating to penal conditions against the consumer, use of the rights of withdrawal and forfeit from the contract,   
• The filing of lawsuits for the replacement of defective vehicles with the nondefective one and the follow-up of these lawsuits, the execution proceedings of decisions by the Consumer Courts regarding the replacement of defective vehicles with the nondefective ones and execution of the provision,
• The filing of lawsuits related to the withdrawal from the contract due to all other defective goods and reimbursement of the fee or the free repair of defective goods or the replacement with nondefective goods, undertaking party attorneyship in these lawsuits,
• The filing of all kinds of actions of debt or damages arising from defective service or undertaking party attorneyship in these lawsuits,
