• Initiation and follow-up of execution proceedings demanding evacuation of the leased property,
• The filing of evacuation lawsuits due to necessity or undertaking party attorneyship in these lawsuits,
• The filing of all kinds of lawsuits related to the evacuation of the leased property due to contravention of the lease agreement or undertaking party attorneyship in these lawsuits,
• Providing legal support for the adaptation of the agreement to increase in the rent value, and any disputes arising from any similar lease agreement,
