Our office carries out transactions with the enforcement offices in enforcement proceedings with or without judgement and arising from exchange bills and conversion of pledges, mortgages and other collaterals into money, acts as a party attorney in lawsuits subject to follow-up law and advises clients on these issues. In this context, our office provides services in the following areas:

• General foreclosure, collection of receivables for exchange bills, conversion of collaterals or mortgages into money,
• Evacuation of Leased Real Estate and Demand for Bankruptcy
• Participation in meetings in favor of debtor and creditor, lawsuits for bankruptcy or postponement of bankruptcy,
• Initiating and finalizing enforcement proceedings by means of specific follow-up to exchange bills (bonds, checks, promissory notes and all kinds of similar documents),
• Execution of the lawsuits that are the subject of the follow-up law and undertaking attorneyship of the parties
